  Anyone who wants to improve their speaking confidence and fluency in a fun and safe environment!

•    ◎ Students who want to be able to speak casually with other English speakers

•    ○ Improve both your speaking and listening at the same time

•       1. Students who want to confidently express their ideas in English
•       1.1. Get help from the teacher to prepare your ideas and present them to the class
•       2. Students who want to improve their active grammar and vocabulary
•       2.1. Not memorizing vocabulary lists or grammar rules, actually using them to communicate

◆ 준비물

  - 마이크와 스피커 사용하여 실시간 화상수업에 참여할 수 있는 개인 컴퓨터

  - Google account for activities using shared Google Docs

◆ 학교생활기록부 기재, 카메라를 켜고 참가한 경우만 출석 인정

◆ 강좌 목표

  ∘ To encourage students to actively engage in English peer to peer discussions

  ∘ To help students interpret, discuss, and summarize information in English

  ∘ To enable students to negotiate meaning among peers in non-demanding conversations

  Guided English conversations with peers, Group discussions, Active vocabulary activities, Short class presentations about familiar topics

◆ 강좌 소개

  This course is designed for students who have strong receptive skills but lack the ability or confidence to effectively express themselves in English. It teaches basic communication skills needed for simple non-demanding settings. The course seeks to develop students' peer-to-peer speaking confidence.

   - Discussions: Greetings, Meals, & Gift-Giving around the world / Unique Korean Customs / Customs in specific countries

   - Discussions: Using English in school / Trends in your life / Changes in Seoul / Changes in your Hometown

   - Discussing differences between 2 or more things
